8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite & SOA Web Services to include: Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SOA principles and frameworks, Implementing authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices in SOA solutions, Delivering SOA solutions across various delivery models, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, Configuring, deploying, and managing SOA Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components in complex enterprise environments, Managing the delivery of multi-platform software systems, including coding, testing, implementing, and documenting software solutions, 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams of 5+ direct reports in SOA environments, 5+ years of experience managing client relationships and delivering complex technical solutions, 5+ years of project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
