 
                                                
                                            Your specific responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact to customers, maintaining effective working relationships with others, and ensuring that all mail received is distributed properly and timely daily. You will also be responsible for scanning and submitting grant related materials in a timely manner, maintaining an office filing system, and serving as back-up to the staff assistant for the main phone line. You will need to have the ability to work independently, make decisions, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of various computer software programs, and the ability to prioritize and maximize time. The position requires a security background check and/or drug screening and participation in direct deposit. Male applicants born on or after October 1, 1962, will not be eligible for hire or promotion unless they are registered with the Selective Services System (SSS) before their 26th birthday, or have a Letter of Registration Exemption from the SSS.
