Minimum Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be willing and able to work at least 20 hours a week.
• Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to work in Lake City, Florida
• Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not limited to, a Level II background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least one (1) year cleaning experience in a commercial building

Position Description

Incumbent will report directly to the House Keeping and Laundry Manager with primary responsibility for but not limited to cleaning of all common areas and resident rooms. Monitor equipment, furniture and fixtures and report any faulty findings. Clean all resident common areas, resident rooms, windows, all porches, & interior areas as assigned. Empty and clean trashcans, straightening & moving of furniture, dust mopping, and wet mopping. Pressure wash porches and exterior building. Clean window and door glass in assigned areas. Perform other custodial duties as required.
