Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for high-value clients in the Latin America region, handling inquiries via email and phone.
• Analyze, route, and resolve client requests related to cash management, treasury, card, and depository products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide client resolutions and technical support.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to manage communication and documentation.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or client servicing.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay Details: $22.12 per week
