We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Vero Beach, Florida. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting management, and coordinating team activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client account activities, including follow-ups and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support management objectives.
• Oversee team calendars, track progress on action items, and manage scheduling.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations and assist with transaction processing.
• Support special projects and contribute to team efficiency.
• Review processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure effective communication across departments to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle transaction processing efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach to reviewing and preparing documents.
• Previous experience in financial services or investment advisory is a plus.
