Operations Analyst I
This is a responsible position, which requires the incumbent to work independently and use good judgment regarding enforcing standard operating procedures for the Florida State Health Online Tracking System (SHOTS), the statewide immunization registry. This position requires extensive work with the Florida healthcare provider community and always representing the department positively and professionally. The incumbent in this position must also be capable of understanding and observing appropriate protocol about all standard operating procedures for the program. The incumbent must also maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Florida SHOTS system and its functionality to address end-users' requests appropriately.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Processing - Maintain working knowledge of standard operating procedures to review, evaluate process, and correct enrollment applications while categorizing non-enrollable applications for proper and timely follow-up for the Florida SHOTS system. Timely enrollment processing goal is one (1) day.
- Enrollment Issues Resolution - Utilizing standard operating procedures, the incumbent will regularly perform audits of the Florida SHOTS database, identify enrollment issues, and either resolve the issue or report the issue to the supervisor with reasons and timeliness. The enrollment roster is to be reviewed once a month or more often, and resolutions must be completed before the enrollment or issue expiration dates.
- Enrollment Support - Utilizing standard operating procedures and knowledge of the Florida SHOTS system, the incumbent will properly resolve issues for end-users and report the findings. Timely response to communications is two business hours with a direct response or forwarding to the supervisor.
- Training Support- The incumbent will assist with end-user training, including developing and maintaining web-based training, user manuals, and end-user coaching. Web-based training and user manual support must be coordinated to ensure the products are ready for deployment with the associated release.
- Administrative Support - Working within standard operating procedures, the incumbent will provide support in the administrative aspects of the Florida SHOTS system, including timely record scanning, filing, and organization maintenance.
- Enrollment Documentation - The incumbent will periodically review standard operating procedures and recommend updates to the supervisor based on system and process changes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 1-3 years' experience
