This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 - June 2026. You will help deliver annual revenue and attendance goals for Walt Disney World Resort. Important responsibilities will include supporting Managers by building and implementing communication plans, evaluating campaign creative, performing consumer research results, interpreting analyses and determining go-forward action plans, monitoring tactical performance, and other key projects as assigned. By applying to this role, you may be considered for a Marketing Strategy Internship role on one of the following teams: Domestic Audience Marketing, Florida Resident & Affinity Audience Marketing, Merchandise Marketing, Disney Resorts Collection & Central Florida Tourist Marketing, Multi-Cultural Marketing, or Experience & Technology Marketing. Make an impact by thinking critically to develop strategic inputs, communicate strategies, and develop communication plans to support business objectives. Creatively solve business issues through innovation of new ideas. Interpret data to understand trends and assist in researching, analyzing and reporting. Coordinate and lead a variety of projects to increase awareness and relevancy, drive intent to visit, and accelerate conversion. Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs through emails, organic and paid media, web content, etc., and develop and execute marketing strategies across the business to reach key audiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Ability to construct and present a compelling story from data analysis and consumer insight/research, and comfort working with numbers required. Team collaboration with the ability to handle conflict to positive resolution. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and developing presentations decks. Previous Marketing Internship experience. Takes initiative and possesses personal leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish. Prior Disney Experience. Familiarity with AI & AI Powered Tools.
Education: Senior year preferred. Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. At least 18 years of age. Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information: Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines. The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 - June 2026. Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship. Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work. Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area. The pay rate for this role in Orlando, Florida is $22.50 per hour.
