Job Summary and Qualifications: A Rehabilitative Services Manager is responsible for assisting the management and supervision of the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department. The major functions include overseeing the daily operations of a rehabilitation program, supervising and training staff, compliance with healthcare regulations, managing finances, addressing patient and family concerns, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, performance/quality improvement initiatives, productivity, and maintaining a safe and clean facility. The Rehabilitative Services Manager may assume the function of the Rehabilitative Services Director for designated periods of time in the Director's absence.
What qualifications you will need: Bachelors Degree, 3 years experience, required, (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist, required.
