This person will work heavily in Active Directory and user migration to other domains. This critical role necessitates working independently and as part of a team. We seek a self-starter who is a critical thinker and problem solver, as these qualities are crucial for the role. The role involves researching, analyzing, and effectively resolving problems to meet established performance metrics for the Windows platform in a timely manner to support the business. You will collaborate with team members, software vendors, and other technical staff to develop, design, implement, and continuously improve systems. We are looking for a candidate who understands the dynamic nature of IT and is ready to adapt to change. The successful candidate should be able to support on- and off-site users in a call center or business center regarding Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, storage, and associated application support.
The role will require some on-call availability and occasional work during non-business hours and on weekends. Flexibility in work timing and being available on call for remote engineers when needed are not just additional responsibilities but critical aspects of this role.
