Java Engineer

Our client is seeking a Java Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Java Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Enterprise Identity organization, supporting innovative solutions and collaborating within an Agile Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning, a commitment to high-quality code, and excellent problem-solving skills.

What's the Job?

• Participate in scrum meetings and contribute to Agile development cycles
• Design, develop, and test new features for enterprise-level applications
• Improve and maintain existing codebases with a focus on quality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Implement security best practices, including JWT tokens and authorization protocols

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Backend Java Engineer
• Expertise in Java 11 or above and building microservices with Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including their use cases
• Understanding of security concepts such as authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito
