A client in the financial services technology industry is seeking a Java Engineer to join its Enterprise Identity organization. As part of an Agile Scrum team, the Engineer will partake in scrum meetings, being assigned user stories, and working on new development as well as testing and improving existing code. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about code quality, learning continuously new technologies and knows what questions to ask to get answers. Their fundamental experience should be backend engineering with an advanced knowledge of Java, Spring, both relational and NoSQL databases, as well as design patterns and design principles. They should also have a general understanding of authorizations and JWT tokens. Compensation: $60-73.33/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
