Associate Client Support Analyst

This work from home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare hospital. Available schedules (24/7 operation) include full-time 8 hour and 10 hour shifts, days, mid-day, evenings, and overnights, weekdays and weekends.

The Associate Client Support Analyst provides support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the IT Service Desk for all HCA Organizations. Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. This call center supports a 24/7 operation.

Provide technical support to the end user. Access all available support tools and staff to resolve issues. Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair for end user systems. Collect information through constructive customer conversation.

Qualifications include experience with call center techniques and competency in call center tracking tools. Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software is required. Proficiency in using support software tools is highly preferred. Mobile device support and Apple product support experience are highly preferred. Understanding of Healthcare technology industry is preferred. General desktop, basic network troubleshooting and support experience are highly preferred. Position requires high speed internet 60 MB download and 10 MB upload, no WiFi. CompTia certification is helpful.
