Join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions seeking support with homeowners insurance servicing. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that requires empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Training Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (First 30 days fully on-site)
Post-Training Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Hybrid eligibility based on performance)
Important: No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
