What You'll Do + Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues. + Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor. + Document everything clearly in our claims system. + Make outbound calls when needed.
What You Bring + Working cellphone (for dual authentication) + 1 year of call center experience + Strong PC navigation and typing skills (35+ WPM) + Excellent verbal and written communication + Reliable transportation
