Insurance Servicing Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: + English: $17/hr + Bilingual (Spanish): $18.50/hr Start Date: January 6, 2026 Location: Hybrid (First 30 days onsite, then hybrid based on performance) Training Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (First 30 days onsite) Post-Training Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Hybrid) Important: No time off during the first 6 weeks of training.

About the Role

Join our Insurance Servicing team and become the go-to resource for borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions. You'll handle inbound calls related to homeowners insurance, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Handle 35–45 inbound calls per day (average call time: 11–14 minutes).
  • Answer questions about insurance payments, coverage, and servicing.
  • Communicate with borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally while meeting quality standards.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience (call center preferred, admin/front desk considered).
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Windows PC and navigating software systems.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.
  • Internet Connection: Required for remote work after training.
  • Reliable Transportation: For onsite training and hybrid schedule.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of call center experience. Insurance or mortgage background.
  • Disqualifiers: No relevant recent experience. No internet connection or inability to work onsite. Poor communication skills. Needing time off during the first 4 weeks.

Testing Requirements

  • Basic Computer Literacy: 70% passing score.
  • Typing Test: Minimum 35 WPM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
