Boeing Global Services is currently seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Level Industrial Engineer to join the Industrial Engineering team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this exciting but challenging role, the selected candidate will support maintenance, modification and upgrades of various programs while working with a cross functional team to analyze productivity, recommend resource allocations, and implement lean solutions to optimize the production system.
Position Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 5+ years of experience in the application of production engineering principles to analyze and implement manufacturing processes and methods. 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing. 5+ years of experience with statistical process modeling (applied experience and general knowledge of statistically driven modeling techniques (e.g., mathematical modeling, simulation, design of experiments, operations research) to analyze a system.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): 9+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing. 9+ years of experience in the application of production engineering principles to analyze and implement manufacturing processes and methods. 9+ years of experience with statistical process modeling (applied experience and general knowledge of statistically driven modeling techniques (e.g., mathematical modeling, simulation, design of experiments, operations research) to analyze a system. 2+ years of experience working in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment. 1+ years of experience with Tableau, Tableau Server, or SQL. 1+ years of experience with Aurora or constraint-based scheduling software. 3+ years of experience in partnering with all key functions in an integrator/lead role.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: Mid-Level: $91,800 - $112,000 Senior Level: $108,900 - $133,100
