The Boeing Company's Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) - Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Fort Walton Beach, FL! Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level HR Business Partners to find the best fit for this position. The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation to drive business value and create a best-in-class employee experience. The selected candidate will be a self-starting individual who possesses resiliency and adaptability to adjust to change and is an action-based problem solver that exercises strong judgement with the effective delivery of HR policy, practices, and processes. They will also have strong relationship management skills and business acumen with overall curiosity of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on HR excellence and support leaders in our Government Services Engineering organization as well as supporting our Fort Walton Beach site.

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $81,600 - $120,000
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $153,000
