HR Generalist

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This contract position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in administrative tasks and has a strong background in human resources operations. You will play a pivotal role in supporting onboarding activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining training trackers.
• Coordinate new employee training sessions using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Prepare certificates and recognition materials for employees.
• Oversee onboarding logistics to ensure seamless integration of new team members.
• Maintain and update HR records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support daily operations and meet deadlines.
• Utilize HR systems and tools, including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or administrative role.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR administrative functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
