You will be the Line Of Business Engineering & Technology Manager for the Hardware Design & Analysis – Operations & Supplier Excellence team supporting Air Dominance Strike Weapons (ADSW). Our team drives hardware design quality, supplier performance, and seamless integration of production operations across the LOB, ensuring every weapon system is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the LOB Hardware Operations E&T Manager you will own the end to end performance of the HDA Operations & Supplier Excellence function while also leading your own E&T team. You will partner with Production Ops, Quality, Global Supply Chain (GSC) and program area Chief Engineers to provide senior leadership updates, orchestrate performance management processes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the LOB. This position is in Orlando, FL. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have a current final secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Must have existing ADSW LOB Production program role
• Recent Engineering Production or Supplier Tech Lead experience within Hardware Operations section
• Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Process Improvement and Affordability experience
• Self-Starter Personality; Ability to multitask
• Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking
• Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
