Guest Services Coordinators handle the routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the resort, working closely with the RV Resort Manager and other team members.
Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents. Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to resort leadership. Maintain petty cash fund.
High School Diploma or GED (Required) 2 years in administrative experience (Required) 6 months in previous experience using property management and/or reservation systems (Preferred) 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (Preferred) Strong customer service skills Excellent telephone skills Good problem solving skills Professional appearance Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner Must have a valid driver's license
