Food Support Worker

Cuts and chops all vegetables for advanced cooking, weigh all ingredients necessary for recipes as needed. Cleans and sanitizes equipment and work areas. Assists Food Bank cook when necessary. Prepares food items and equipment for the next day's work. Prepares solid meats scheduled for the cook tank by seasoning and bagging products. Attends in-service training and meetings as assigned. While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hospital, Unit/Department Safety Practices and policies. Performs other related duties as assigned.
