Position Concept: Develop, implement and administer an industry best practice approach to achieving the highest level of performance from Electric Delivery Distribution assets for every valuable capital and operating dollar spent. Facilitate system root cause analysis, tracking and analyzing Distribution, Substation and Transmission reliability metrics for Electric Delivery.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Development and implementation of the distribution portion of the Electric Delivery Asset Management Plan
2. Development and implementation of the distribution portion of a comprehensive Electric Delivery Reliability Improvement Plan
3. Supervise the tracking, analysis and reporting of reliability metrics for all asset classes
4. Facilitation of system root cause analysis for all asset classes
5. Support the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive data collection and predictive modeling tool for distribution assets
6. Maintain measurement of the distribution asset portfolio performance to ensure achievement of organization vision and goals through performance benchmarking

Level Scope and Additional Qualifications:

• Associate Engineer: Works under close supervision; performs a variety of routine tasks
• Engineer I: Performs routine engineering work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria
• Engineer II: Qualifications for this level shall include sustained demonstrated sound knowledge in a functional work area
• Senior Engineer: Must have demonstrated above expected performance in the Engineer II classification
• Principle Engineer: The Senior Consulting Engineer will be expected to continue technical development and growth
• Engineering Fellow: Additional Information can be provided
