The Florida Department of Health in Broward County is seeking an Early Intervention Consultant/Human Services Program Specialist for the Communicable Disease - HIV Prevention Program. This position requires on-site work at one of our facilities located throughout Broward County. Position duties and responsibilities include providing technical assistance and quality assurance services to registered HIV test sites and managing HIV/AIDS counseling and testing services. The position requires advanced knowledge of data collection and analysis, management principles, and practices. The incumbent will also participate in quality improvement activities, assist with site visits, collaborate with team members, and ensure compliance with Florida statutes.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include utilization of equipment and advanced levels of knowledge in data collection and analysis, management principles, and practices. The position also requires participation in statewide Early Intervention Consultant meetings, in-service trainings, and conferences.
