Desktop Support Engineer

It Support Specialist

Provide hands-on IT support across multiple client environments, resolving technical issues quickly while delivering a tailored customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced MSP settings and enjoys troubleshooting complex desktop, network, and Microsoft 365 issues across diverse environments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of desktop support or IT support experience
• MSP or multi-client support background required
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with ticketing/RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and printer issues
• Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA preferred but not required
