This is a Revenue Specialist III - Customer Service Representative I position in the Department of Revenue's Child Support Program Customer Contact Center in Tallahassee, Florida. This position performs customer support using a variety of methods including telephone, in person, chat or email for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency. Applicants that meet the minimum qualifications will be invited to take a Skills Verification Test. Applicants that have scored the highest in the Skills Verification Test will be invited to an interview.
Salary: $38,759.88 - $48,181.08
