Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answers incoming customer service calls.
• Provides accurate information on products and advertisements by using correct methods and tools.
• Processes orders, transactions and requests though the order entry program.
• Resolves customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accurately documents customer accounts of interactions, inquiries and issues for supervisor review and resolution.
• Meets and exceeds customer service standards by handling calls in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Collaborates with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
• Participates in staff meetings for daily updates and changes, as well as other meetings, as required.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proper customer service and phone etiquette.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective listening and documentation skills.
• Proven problem solving and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency with typing.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work safely and follow all company policies and procedures.
