Customer Service Representative

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Some Account Receivable Experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
