An industry-leading food delivery tech company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team. Location: Remote - Anywhere in the USA Contract Duration: 2 months (possible extension) Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier Hours: Must have flexibility to work flexible hours within your time zone (including weekends). Shifts rotate weekly, and candidates should expect to work 40 – 60 hours per week. Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr MUST be Fluent English and Spanish speaker.
Join a small, high-performing team to launch a new white glove grocery delivery service. This role is focused on Live Operations and is all about ensuring a flawless experience by maintaining a 0% error rate. You'll be the first line of defense, proactively communicating with delivery drivers and troubleshooting issues to provide world-class service.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role (tech, hospitality, or grocery preferred). Fluent in English and Spanish (required). A natural problem-solver who can work independently and find creative solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Above-average tech-savviness, including proficiency with Google Sheets.
Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, or Salesforce. Previous experience in the grocery or convenience sector.
