Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and solutions-driven customer service representative to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and provide a positive experience with our company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Process orders, returns, or account updates as needed
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, policies, and procedures
• Meet performance metrics related to quality, response time, and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (call center or office-based preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Basic computer skills; CRM or ticketing system experience is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to multitask
