Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Coral, Florida. This role involves managing scheduling, workflow, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, have strong communication skills, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and dispatch service tickets using ServiceTitan while ensuring job descriptions and tags are accurate.
  • Organize technician schedules effectively by considering travel time, priority, and zone assignments.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles, property details, and estimates within the system.
  • Monitor daily technician schedules and make adjustments for emergencies, add-ons, or rescheduled appointments.
  • Follow up on open estimates and unsold recommendations to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics while adhering to established pricing and sales guidelines.
  • Re-engage leads through outbound campaigns and follow-up calls, ensuring timely responses and updates in ServiceTitan.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and assist with fleet, inventory, or office-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or call center roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is strongly desired.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and customer data.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
