Responsibilities:
• Provide publishing support for all G&W properties
• Publish all tariff, public, private rate, and contract agreements using Microsoft Office programs and RailConnect Contract Management (RCM) while ensuring compliance with industry standards/requirements of Rate EDI Network (REN)
• File and maintain all publications into OnBase program
• Champion innovation by identifying and implementing automation opportunities for publishing and pricing workflows and documentation
• Proactively collaborate with the sales and marketing & internal legal teams to maintain alignment throughout the contract creation process, mitigating legal risks, ensuring that business objectives are met, automation efficiencies are utilized, while adhering to standardized company policies and procedures
• Track, calculate, and maintain domestic and foreign line fuel surcharge programs
• Maintain updates to all G&W websites for public tariffs and monthly fuel surcharge programs
• Maintain CIF (Customer Identification Files) and SCRS (Serving Carrier Reciprocal Switch) records for G&W customers
• Monthly monitoring of rebates, refunds, volume commitments, and threshold arrangements
• Assist Commercial Services managers in proactive publishing of renewals
• Maintenance of G&W Customer Master requests and updates through Customer Resource Management (CRM)
• Research various agreements for obsolescence or updating with consistent verbiage and parameters of pricing documents
• Assist with other projects and perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and/or Experience:
• Must possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks under restricted time elements
• Experience with drafting contracts/agreements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with pricing, tariffs, commercial regulations, and marketing
Required Education and/or Credentials:
•Bachelor's degree; bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
