Client Services Associate

Join a trusted financial institution where your attention to detail and customer service skills make a real impact. As a Client Services Associate, you'll be the go-to expert for client account servicing and banking operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Processing wires, fund transfers, and account updates
• Handling cash transactions and balancing activities
• Supporting clients with safe deposit boxes (where available)
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Staying up-to-date on banking products and compliance requirements
• Assisting with audits and monitoring reports

What You Bring:

• Experience in customer support or banking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with banking products and teller operations
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
