What You'll Do + Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues. + Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor. + Document everything clearly in our claims system.

Schedule & Training + Training: Nov 12 – Dec 9 | 8:30 AM – 5 PM (On-site) + Nesting: Dec 10 – Jan 7 + Hybrid: Starting February + Shifts: 9:30 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Mon–Fri Work Culture + Casual dress code (jeans & shirts OK — just no graphics or rips) + Cube-style setup with dual monitors and wired headsets + Live hotline support during calls + Clean, energetic, and collaborative environment

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
