Child Support Case Processing Consultant – Correspondence

This Operations Analyst I - Correspondence position performs customer support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy helping, and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Processing inbound documents
- Scanning and attaching documents using a computer system
- Reviewing and updating information in a computer system
- Coordinating with internal and external partners
- Researching and resolving case issues
- Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
- Two years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving inquiries.
- One year of Child Support Program experience.
Substitutions:
- Relevant education may substitute for the required experience. If applicable, please indicate degree earned or number of credit hours attained and attach diploma/transcript when submitting application.
Preferences:
- Preference may be given to candidates with operational knowledge of multiple processes within the Child Support Program.
Special Notes:
- Full-time (40 hours per week) position; standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- Due to the nature of the job duties, this will be an on-site position, not available for telework.
Salary: $39,959.88 - $50,708.40
