As a Benefits & HRIS Manager in our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our employee benefits and total rewards programs for all Qualus employees. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits offering, compliance regulations, and the ability to communicate with employees and external providers. This individual will also be the point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing our employees' overall well-being and satisfaction while streamlining our organization for massive growth within the next few years.
