Arlington Toyota is experiencing tremendous growth, with over 1,000 incoming sales calls every month and nearly 900 new and used vehicles sold monthly. To keep up with this demand, we are seeking a driven, experienced, and high-energy Automotive Phone Sales Manager to lead our phone sales department.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee all incoming sales calls.
• Work closely with sales staff to ensure calls are handled quickly, professionally, and effectively.
• Train and coach your team on appointment-setting and customer engagement techniques.
• Drive results by ensuring high appointment show rates and successful hand-offs to the sales floor.
• Create a positive, energetic, and accountable department culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success working directly with customers and sales staff in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to maximize team performance.
• Exceptional phone, communication, and organizational skills.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Commitment to 60–70 hours per week and hands-on involvement with customers.
