Application Support Specialist
We're seeking an Application Support Specialist to support enterprise SaaS platforms and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll investigate and resolve application issues, manage user provisioning in Azure AD, and collaborate with vendors or internal teams to maintain uptime and data integrity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technical troubleshooting and customer interaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications
- Basic SQL for troubleshooting and reporting
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and application logs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with ticketing or ITSM systems
