Purpose
This position is responsible for providing leadership of the Pro business within a designated sales territory by driving sales growth and profitability using appropriate marketing and sales methodologies and building account relationships. Monitor key performance indicators for assigned professional customers, and meet or exceed financial performance to plan by working with the Chief Executive Merchant and Regional Pro Services Manager. Review pertinent Pro customer satisfaction results to understand customers' perspectives, and use the information to drive local decisions and strategies to improve competitive edge.
Major Responsibilities
- Prospect continuously for new clients through a variety of techniques.
- Maintain current list of all prospects in electronic database.
- Develop pricing and business development strategies.
- Work with sales, operations, and marketing department.
- Participate in trade associations, trade shows.
- Analyze local market to identify market opportunities.
- Follow-up on referrals and self-generated leads.
- Plan prospect visits with appropriate operations personnel.
- Make sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Solicit orders and process approved services.
- Meet regularly with new clients.
- Develop and submit proposals and responses.
- Enhance and maintain business development skills.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Three years of outside sales experience.
- Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
- Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to be an effective team member.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines.
- Travel daily throughout the assigned area.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel required.
- Occasionally exposed to warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
Physical/Sensory Requirements
Medium Work – Ability to exert force to move objects. The employee is required to use hands and fingers, and occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, climb, and stoop.

Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
