- The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of Law Enforcement Territory Sales Managers across the country.

- The first 90 days will involve onboarding, building pipeline, and closing deals with the team.
- The role is based out of either Atlanta, GA or Boston, MA, and involves fieldwork with the team.
- The Director will be responsible for hitting OKRs related to bookings, new business, hiring, and pipeline generation.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience as a successful sales leader, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- They should have a proven track record in areas such as ARR bookings, pipeline generation, and forecasting.
- A strong ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams including Customer Success and Sales Operations.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- A consultative sales approach and a passion for solving customer problems will be key attributes.
