Flock Safety is transforming public safety and security by equipping law enforcement agencies and commercial organizations with AI-driven technology to prevent and solve crime. As we scale, we need Solution Engineers who can act as trusted advisors, helping customers understand how Flock's platform can deliver measurable value at every stage of their buying journey.
As a Mid-Market Solution Engineer, you will be embedded in the deal cycle, engaging customers from initial discovery to final sign-off. You'll partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to understand customer pain points, consult on requirements, tailor platform demonstrations, and design deployment strategies that align with their priorities. Whether it's a police department improving investigative workflows or a retail chain enhancing loss prevention, you will craft solutions that help customers make informed decisions with confidence.

Salary & Equity
In this role, you'll receive a starting base salary of $144,000 and an OTE of $180,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education
