- The Manager of Solution Engineering will lead a team of high-performing Solution Engineers to ensure customers see the tangible impact of Flock's platform.
- This role involves overseeing the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), Proof of Concept (POC) plans, and deployment plans for customers.
- The manager will collaborate with Sales leadership to strategize and optimize presales team engagement in high-impact deals.
- The position requires working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to support new releases and evolving customer needs.
- Regular coaching, training, and structured enablement for Solution Engineers will be part of the responsibilities to improve their effectiveness.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical presales or solution engineering, demonstrating a strong track record in customer-facing engagements.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a Solution Engineering or Sales Engineering team is essential for this role.
