Our site of 400 employees brings together teams of research and development, production workshops and support services for two areas of activity:

• Machine Vision Sensors (MVS) for image sensors, dental sensors and cameras.
• Semiconductors for microprocessors and fast data converters.

I am Eric, Head of an Autonomous Production Unit. Following a retirement, I am looking for a Production Support Technician to complete my team.

In a dynamic environment, you will work within a production team of 20 people where your contribution will be visible.

You will be working closely with different departments: engineering, production, maintenance, IT, quality, customer service.

Your main duties

• RMA (Return Materials Authorisation)
• After a customer return, perform a technical diagnosis using existing tools and formalize it in writing.
• Interpret the result of digital images or find the source of a malfunction, thanks to your expertise.
• Bring returned products back into compliance.
• Perform the different computer entries to follow up on the progress of the return.
• Finalize the diagnostic report independently or under the control of level 3 (Engineering).
• Support to production
• Write the specifications necessary for the proper functioning of the production unit and take charge of requests for evolutions
• Define the validation criteria of the training of production agents, train them
• Validate the skills of production agents at the post according to the internal process
• Provide the necessary technical support to production agents
• Establish a first diagnosis on a production stop and define its cause (operational, equipment, raw material). Propose a technical solution following the remedies to incidents in place. Hold the lots
• Participate in the realization of tests for the development of products
• Participate in production in case of peak loads
• Participate in the analysis of incident sheets and implement the corrective and preventive actions decided
• Propose and formalize all forms of optimization of working conditions (ergonomics, optimization of the flow and storages in the work area)

What we are looking for

• You master the technical fundamentals necessary for the position: good knowledge in the field of electronics and mechanics and/or test; the ability to analyze a malfunction, make a diagnosis and propose corrective actions; an proven ability to synthesize a problem and write clear and structured reports; ease with computer tools, including GMAO, office and SAP.
• On the human side, you enjoy working in a team and show listening, service orientation and customer focus. You are pedagogical, especially in the context of support and training of operators.
• Your rigor, your organization and your methodical approach to problem solving are real assets.
• Finally, you stand out by your availability, your reactivity, your autonomy, your curiosity and your sense of responsibility.
• You hold a BAC +2 in one of the following fields: Electronics, Physical Measurements, Electrical Engineering.
• You have more than 3 years of experience in a production or production support environment.
