Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Partner to support a dynamic workforce of approximately 300 employees in Mt. View, CA. This role reports directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager and works in close coordination to deliver high-impact HR solutions in recruitment, organizational health, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of California employment law and hands-on experience managing leave of absence programs and workers' compensation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees in Mt. View, CA, providing day-to-day support and guidance.
  • Partner with the Sr. HR Manager to execute recruitment strategies and organizational health initiatives.
  • Manage leave of absence (LOA) processes, including FMLA, CFRA, and other statutory and company leaves.
  • Oversee workers' compensation claims and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert support in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with California employment laws, including meal and rest break regulations.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Workday and ADP Workforce Manager to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law, LOA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Experience with Workday and ADP Workforce Manager is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.

Salary Range: $77,000.00-$102,600.00
