Teledyne e2v Semiconductors SAS, located in Saint-Egrève (near Grenoble), has been a semiconductor specialist since 1955.
Our site of 400 employees brings together sales and marketing teams, research and development teams, production workshops, and support services for two areas of activity:
- Machine Vision Sensors (MVS) whose main products are image sensors, dental sensors, and cameras.
- Semiconductors whose main products are fast microprocessors and data converters.
I am Frédéric, HR Director of the site.
I am looking for an HRBP (H/F) to support the teams. This person will be the preferred HR contact for managers and employees.
At our company, the HRBP acts as a true relay and operational support for the HR function. They ensure the application of HR processes within their scope and ensure the adequacy of human resources management to the business challenges of their BUs.
As an HRBP, you cover all operational HR functions aimed at supporting the development and adaptation of teams. Your main duties are as follows:
- HR Support to Operational Staff:
- Support and advise managers daily on all HR issues (organization, talent management, performance, labor law, etc.).
- Deploy local HR processes, taking into account local specifics.
- Formulate responses to all daily HR issues.
- Monitor HR indicators in your area (turnover, absenteeism, etc.) and propose corrective action plans.
- Support operational staff in managing individual and collective issues.
- Analyze your area and propose action plans to be implemented.
- Recruitment:
- Define and validate recruitment needs with directors and managers.
- Ensure successful integration of new employees and support their development.
- Performance and Talent Development:
- Support the implementation and completion of annual employee evaluation processes.
- Support employees and managers on career development and internal mobility.
All these duties are carried out in close collaboration with HR peers and also with cross-functional HR departments such as recruitment/training, payroll, etc.
What we are looking for: Higher education degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Social Law.
3 to 5 years of experience as a general HRBP, ideally in an international organization and in a technology company.
Key skills:
- Strong ability to understand business challenges and translate them into concrete HR actions.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, contribute actively to HR projects, and ensure reliability in the completion of assigned tasks.
- Excellent communicator to interact with various stakeholders.
- Team spirit and collective work.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Mastery of English and French in writing and speaking is indispensable.
