Flipp's Performance Marketing team applies data analytics and insights to optimize advertising and marketing strategies across various media channels for maximum impact and ROI. The leader of the campaign management team is accountable for business execution, yield management, and team growth. They translate & refine vision into executable strategy & tactics for the performance marketing team. This role leads Flipp's internal media agency, positioning it as the external facing media science expert for strategic planning and campaign management execution. Operating at both a strategic and tactical level, this role works closely with direct reports to manage projects, deliver results, take action through insight, and improve platform capability and process.
