Job Description
- Manage outbound communications (messengers, calls, emails)
- Present and assign bonus offers to clients
- Conduct quality checks of customer service interactions
- Maintain and update the client database
- Collect client feedback and prepare reports
Qualifications
- Native or advanced Hungarian (excellent written and spoken skills)
- Ukrainian language proficiency
- Proficiency with office software (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
- Result-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Nice to Have
- Understanding of customer service and loyalty principles
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data
