We are looking for a Sales Manager (Hungarian-speaking) to join our team.

Job Description

  • Manage outbound communications (messengers, calls, emails)
  • Present and assign bonus offers to clients
  • Conduct quality checks of customer service interactions
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Collect client feedback and prepare reports

Qualifications

  • Native or advanced Hungarian (excellent written and spoken skills)
  • Ukrainian language proficiency
  • Proficiency with office software (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
  • Result-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of customer service and loyalty principles
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with data
