Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Learn all the necessary information given for work; - Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline); - Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service; - Be ready to work at night shifts; - Interact with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

- Good written communication skills - Fluency in Thai must-have, English — Intermediate and above - Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results - Excellent basic computer skills - Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks during training
