Job Description

Learn all the necessary information given for work; Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline); Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service; Be ready to work at night shifts; Interact with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

Language: Ukrainian native, English — Intermediate and above ; Good written communication skills; Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results; Excellent basic computer skills; Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of work during training.
