Specialist Crm & Marketing Automation
FLiiP is a growing company that offers a flexible and dynamic work environment in the fitness industry.
We are looking for a Specialist CRM & Marketing Automation on a contractual/freelance basis to collaborate with our product team.
You must be available at least 15 hours per week during the weeks of September 8 to 19. Other contracts/projects may continue thereafter.
You will help with certain projects such as the design, implementation, and optimization of CRM solutions for our clients, while contributing to the development of impactful digital strategies.
This mandate, reporting directly to the product director, will consist of managing and supervising CRM functions, automated workflows, and the overall performance of our clients' marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and implement acquisition and retention solutions in our CRM (mainly Go High Level).
- Customize the CRM, sales funnels, campaigns, and automation workflows.
- Document successful client cases and provide training to Customer Success team members.
- Build video training for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on the latest features and trends in digital marketing.
- Provide occasional support to internal and external clients when they have questions.
